How long does it take?
Due to the amount of work involved in making each unique piece of jewellery it will take 4 weeks maximum for you to receive your finished product. During busy times (Christmas, Fathers Day etc) this can take slightly longer. We strive to keep our customers updated throughout the jewellery making process and will keep you updated on progress of your order.
Can fingerprints be taken from anyone?
Yes, we can use the fingerprint from anyone of any age.
Will my child have a good fingerprint?
Every fingerprint is totally unique and therefore everyone is different. Fingerprint clarity does get better with age however we usually get a great print from a young child. We always show you the print we take to make sure you are happy with it. We take deep clear impressions and if the whorls on the fingerprint are not very developed the indentation is very much like a fingerprint.
Does it cost extra to get my charm engraved?
No – engraving is included free of charge. We can engrave most names.
Are you a franchise?
No we are an independently owned family business; we make all the jewellery and deal with all our customers personally.
I need jewellery for a birthday in two weeks can you help?
Give us a call and we can discuss your requirements – we can sometimes rush orders at a small charge.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do - starting @ £10.00
Can you post my jewellery to someone else?
Yes - all jewellery comes beautifully gift wrapped and we can include a small personal message on a gift card.
How can I pay?
We have card facilities and carry our portable terminal to all sessions/home visits. You can also pay via cheque and cash. Please note paying by cheque can add up to 5-7 days onto your processing.

We charge £2 for postage and packing.
